Warranty terms apply to services performed by Trevino unless otherwise stated in writing, proposal, project contract, or invoice.
WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS
Workmanship coverage tied to the specific service completed.
Trevino warranty coverage applies to the specific repaired or installed component, the workmanship directly performed by our team, and the specific area of repair listed on your invoice. Warranty periods begin on the original service completion date.
Important Note
Manufacturer warranties are separate from Trevino workmanship warranties. Product approvals, registration requirements, coverage periods, maintenance rules, and limitations are determined by the manufacturer.
Covered Worksmanship
Coverage applies to the work Trevino directly performed and the specific component or repair area shown on the invoice.
Coverage Timeline
Warranty periods begin on the original service completion date and follow the applicable service category or invoice terms.
Limited Scope
Temporary repairs, customer-supplied materials, concealed issues, or third-party modifications may not qualify for coverage.
WARRANTY LIMITS
Situations that may affect warranty eligibility.
Some issues fall outside standard workmanship coverage because they are caused by system condition, access limitations, outside damage, lack of maintenance, or work performed by others.
Access & Concealed Conditions
Warranty applies only to areas accessible at the time of service. Additional labor required to access hidden systems, concealed piping, wiring, underground conditions, water damage, structural issues, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, landscaping, or finish repairs is not covered unless specifically included.
Declined Recommendations
If recommended repairs, safety corrections, upgrades, or code-related work are declined, Trevino is not responsible for future failures related to those declined recommendations.
Third-Party Modifications
Warranty may be void if the repaired or installed system is altered, repaired, adjusted, disconnected, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than Trevino after completion of service.
Maintenance Requirements
Some systems require ongoing maintenance to maintain warranty eligibility, including filter replacement, coil cleaning, drain maintenance, tankless descaling, water heater flushing, water softener maintenance, or manufacturer-required inspections.

HVAC Warranty Notes
HVAC warranty does not cover failures caused by restricted airflow, dirty filters, dirty coils, undersized duct systems, damaged ductwork, thermostat misuse, lack of maintenance, power events, water intrusion, flooding, generator issues, or acts of God.

Drain, sewer, and plumbing warranty does not cover root intrusion, grease buildup, wipes, foreign objects, collapsed piping, sewer bellies, hard water, corrosion, excessive pressure, freezing, or water chemistry issues unless specifically repaired by Trevino.
